About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Intern to join our Singapore team. You will gain exposure to asset management governance and controls while working on high-impact projects, including enhancing the emerging risk framework, supporting risk culture initiatives, and contributing to ERM monitoring and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess asset management governance and internal controls
- Support enhancements to Eastspring’s emerging risk framework and align it with Prudential requirements
- Assist in risk culture campaigns and risk appetite-related initiatives for 2026
- Contribute to risk monitoring activities, including Transformation and ESG-related risks
- Support risk data management and maintenance of risk systems
Requirements
- Undergraduate student studying Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related fields
- Basic understanding of enterprise risk concepts and investment products
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
