Overview
Eastspring is offering an internship within its Compliance & Risk team, giving students the chance to gain hands-on experience in asset management governance, risk controls, and regulatory compliance. As an intern, you will support compliance monitoring, onboarding, and ad hoc initiatives, while learning how financial institutions ensure regulatory adherence and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements across Eastspring operations.
- Support compliance onboarding for new hires, ensuring adherence to mandatory requirements.
- Contribute to ad hoc compliance projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
- Help prepare reports and documentation for compliance activities.
- Conduct basic analysis of data and processes to identify gaps or risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support governance and risk-related tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of financial and investment products.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Self-starter able to take initiative and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working with numbers; proficiency in Excel, including VBA and Macros.
- Motivated to learn about compliance, audit, or risk management practices.
