About the Role
Join EY’s Core Business Services (CBS) team as a Quality & Risk Management intern and gain hands-on experience in safeguarding the firm’s professional standards. You’ll support business enablement functions that ensure EY delivers exceptional client service, maintains compliance, and mitigates operational and professional risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in performing independence confirmation procedures and other compliance checks.
- Conduct research and screening in EY’s databases to support risk management processes.
- Participate in compliance testing and help identify areas for improvement in firm-wide risk procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Detail-oriented with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
