Join a fast-growing Cross Border Ecommerce team where technology, data and business operations intersect. As a Product & Systems Intern, you’ll support multiple functional teams—ranging from business development and operations to marketing, payments, and logistics—to shape the digital tools that power our regional ecommerce ecosystem. This is an ideal role for students who enjoy solving complex problems, translating user needs into product features, and working across both technical and business domains.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with internal teams to understand system requirements and translate them into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Build foundational domain knowledge across cross-border ecommerce workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the product design process by validating features, conducting tests, and ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
- Perform data analysis to guide prioritisation and support decision-making for new feature development.
- Assist in coordinating feature rollouts, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with business teams.
- Provide ongoing product support as new tools and enhancements go live.

What You Should Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and an analytical mindset.
- Interest or experience in system architecture or RESTful APIs is a bonus.
- Ability to manage timelines, take ownership, and communicate clearly with both technical and business teams.
- Full-time for 6 months preferred; part-time (min. 3 days/week) also considered.
