Overview
ShopBack’s Product team is looking for an enthusiastic Product Management Intern to support the development of features that help millions of shoppers and thousands of merchants interact more meaningfully. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced product managers and collaborate with commercial, marketing, operations, and engineering teams. Expect a fast-moving environment where you’ll learn how real product decisions are made and see how ideas turn into user-ready solutions.
This internship runs from January to June 2026 and requires a full-time commitment.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse product performance with PMs and commercial teams to understand what drives growth, and refine KPIs that measure success.
- Support product initiatives with data-backed insights, including building business cases to guide go/no-go decisions.
- Advocate for better user experiences by synthesizing insights, proposing improvements, and monitoring key UX-related metrics.
- Work with PMs and local teams to explore user problems, evaluate solution options, and help deliver features end-to-end.
- Collect and structure requirements from different stakeholders, ensuring clarity in documentation and smooth execution.
What You’ll Need
- Able to break complex processes into clear, logical steps and present them in writing or diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable giving constructive feedback on UI/UX designs.
- Able to interpret data, spot patterns, and make hypothesis-driven recommendations.
- Proactive learner who seeks answers independently and engages domain experts when needed.
- Able to commit 6 months full-time; SQL or familiarity with software development is a plus.
