In this Service Training Innovation internship, you’ll turn data and emerging tech into smarter, more engaging learning experiences for our public-facing teams. Key Responsibilities
· Analyze existing training methods to identify opportunities for digital enhancement and automation.
· Research and propose emerging training technologies or AI tools suitable for a customer service environment.
· Support the design of prototypes or frameworks for digital training aids, like AI-powered learning bots.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and co-create user-centered training solutions.
· Assist in developing implementation plans to integrate new tools into current training workflows.
· Help measure training effectiveness using data to recommend improvements to content and delivery.
Requirements
· Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program related to Business, Analytics, AI, or Learning Sciences.
· Interest in training development, customer service operations, or public sector innovation.
· Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and an eagerness to learn new platforms.
· Strong communication skills and comfort working with diverse stakeholder groups.
· A curious, problem-solving mindset with an eye for process improvement.
· Familiarity with design thinking, UX, or behavioral insights methodologies is a bonus.
