This internship offers hands-on exposure to fragrance development processes, evaluation techniques, and project coordination in a fast-growing, creative company.

What You’ll Learn

How fragrance briefs are evaluated and transformed into product concepts
Practical lab techniques used in scent testing, stability checks, and sample handling
End-to-end project coordination within a fragrance development team
How different categories (fine fragrance, personal care, home care, etc.) are managed for the ASEAN region
Cross-functional exposure to perfumers, evaluators, marketing, and project leaders

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Leaders in coordinating fragrance development projects across categories
Conduct fragrance library screening, arrange evaluation sessions, and assist in sample preparation
Perform stability tests and maintain performance charts and project submissions in internal systems
Help build and maintain internal fragrance collections for regional markets
Assist in proactive initiatives, departmental tasks, and organised smelling sessions with the development team
Ensure proper documentation, decontamination processes, and project tracking

Requirements

Diploma in perfumery, chemistry, or a related discipline
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
Comfortable using basic lab tools and equipment
Good communication skills and strong time-management habits
Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
Minimum commitment: 6 months
