Product Development Support
In this internship, you will:
- Assist the Product Manager with product roadmaps, feature planning, and strategic documentation.
- Help document design processes, decisions, and workflows for team alignment and onboarding.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure design direction aligns with business goals.
- Participate in user journey mapping, identifying friction points and improvement opportunities.
- Support the creation of user personas, scenarios, and competitive analysis for informed decision-making.
Design & Prototyping
- Work with designers to craft clean, modern, user-friendly interfaces for mobile apps.
- Contribute to wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Help maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
User Research & Testing
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and accessibility checks to gather insights.
- Join brainstorming sessions and propose creative solutions to elevate user experience.
Innovation & Trends
- Keep up with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in preparing design proposals and presenting project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma in Graphic/Interaction Design or related field.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe tools.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles; familiarity with A/B testing is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and confident in communication and presentation.
