About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, service-oriented Operations Intern to support the daily running of our Pilates studios. In this role, you’ll be involved in customer service, administrative support, and maintaining a smooth operational flow across both online and in-studio touchpoints. You’ll play an active role in shaping the customer experience—and we welcome interns who enjoy suggesting new ideas and seeing them implemented. Many interns before you have launched real improvements during their time with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-studio and virtual experience.
- Oversee daily studio operations, both online and offline.
- Respond promptly to enquiries across digital platforms and hotline channels.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and support housekeeping routines.
- Review existing processes and propose ways to enhance efficiency or customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum 9-month commitment, 3 days per week (Mon–Fri, 12pm–5.30pm; weekends off)
- At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong communication and telephone etiquette
- Able to multitask and stay organised under time pressure
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively
- Proficient with Google Workspace and quick to learn new systems
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and proactive
- Tertiary students with relevant experience are welcome
