Key Responsibilities
- Identify legacy datacentre (LDC) assets and support the full server disposal process
- Update and organise infrastructure system architecture diagrams for clarity and accuracy
- Maintain and enhance the datacentre keypress log process tracker
- Facilitate the clean-up of NAS shared folders across teams and departments
- Develop structured workflows to track and manage NAS clean-up progress
- Gather requirements from business owners on shared folder usage to guide decision-making
- Prepare and present status updates to stakeholders on clean-up progress and next steps
Requirements
- Pursuing a diploma in IT, Business Information Systems, Applied AI, Analytics, Big Data, or related fields
- Expected graduation in May 2027
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
- Able to multitask and collaborate with diverse team members
- Curious, proactive, and passionate about improving HealthTech operations
