Overview
Join the Health Finance Programme Management Office (HF PMO) at Synapxe and be part of the team supporting nationwide healthcare finance initiatives. In this role, you will learn how policies evolve into real-world system enhancements and operational processes across Singapore’s public healthcare institutions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to project lifecycles, from early assessment through implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support requirement gathering by analysing policy objectives and identifying their operational impact
- Assist in translating policy changes into system or workflow recommendations for PHIs
- Contribute to project planning activities, including scope, timelines, risks, and integration considerations
- Participate in discussions with stakeholders across multiple healthcare organisations
- Help prepare documentation, reports, and communication materials for project updates
- Coordinate tasks across different project phases, ensuring smooth handover and tracking of deliverables
Requirements
- Pursuing a Diploma in IT, Infocomm & Security, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Graduating in May 2027
- Basic understanding of project lifecycle concepts
- Good communication and willingness to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised
- Passionate about making a positive impact in HealthTech
