Overview
Join Synapxe’s National Billing System (NBS) team and contribute to one of Singapore’s largest healthcare digital transformation programmes. As an intern, you’ll support the rollout of a unified national billing system used across public healthcare institutions, helping improve patient experience and strengthen operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying the National Billing System across various public healthcare institutions
- Support system testing with end users and external systems to ensure smooth integration
- Analyse issues raised during testing and prepare clear statistics for management updates
- Work with vendors to track production issues, verify resolutions, and ensure readiness for end-user retesting
- Help plan and execute Go-Live activities such as rehearsals, deployment steps, and cutover tasks
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple institutions to keep project milestones on track
- Provide on-site or remote Go-Live support during rollout phases
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Graduating in May 2027
- Comfortable using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Curious, resourceful, and willing to learn new tools and processes
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Interested in healthtech, digital systems, and project operations
