Overview
CapitaLand, one of Asia’s largest diversified real estate groups, is offering a Product Design Intern role to join its digital team. This internship provides hands-on experience in product design, user experience, and mobile app development. Interns will work closely with product managers and designers to contribute to real projects that shape user experiences and drive innovation across CapitaLand’s digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in defining product roadmaps and documenting design processes.
- Collaborate with designers to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Participate in user journey mapping, user research, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Assist in developing user personas, scenarios, and design systems for consistent user experiences.
- Conduct competitive analysis and contribute creative ideas to enhance digital products.
- Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to stakeholders.
- Stay informed of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to introduce innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing or experimentation techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of mobile app development and UX principles is advantageous.
