Overview
IMDA’s Digital Readiness Cluster is seeking motivated interns to contribute to Singapore’s vision of an inclusive digital society. Interns will support national programmes like the Digital for Life Movement, gaining hands-on experience in research, policy translation, and stakeholder engagement while exploring the impact of technology on society.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on digital literacy, online safety, and wellness initiatives.
- Collect and synthesize insights from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support planning and execution of digital readiness projects and programmes.
- Study emerging digital trends and societal shifts to inform future initiatives.
- Translate research findings into actionable strategies and policy recommendations.
- Prepare briefing materials for international engagements and conferences.
- Benchmark global best practices in digital literacy and inclusion programmes.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and reporting progress to the cluster team.
Requirements
- Current student in Public Policy, Information Systems, or related fields; technology background is a plus.
- Interest in digital inclusion and awareness of emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced policy environment.
