Development Pathway for New Graduates
For fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of work experience, you will begin your journey under the Public Service Leadership Programme – General Phase (PSLP-GP).
This structured programme provides:
- Rotational postings across key public service roles such as policy, operations, and stakeholder management
- Exposure to at least two different sectors, supporting informed long-term career planning
- Foundational leadership development as a young public service leader
