As a Student Trainee in Schroders' APAC Client Service team, you will play a key role in supporting automation projects and enhancing service delivery for our institutional and intermediary clients. Key Responsibilities
· Support key process automation initiatives by assisting with task mapping, documentation, and the implementation of digital tools.
· Assist with ongoing APAC Client Service projects, such as client onboarding enhancements and reporting improvements.
· Conduct data analysis and help prepare management reports that provide insights for better client solutions.
· Collaborate with Client Service Executives and other departments to identify and help streamline internal workflows.
· Contribute to the documentation of standard operating procedures, best practices, and client-facing support materials.
· Provide general project coordination support and assist with ad-hoc tasks to ensure team efficiency.
Requirements
· A current undergraduate student from an accredited university, available for a full-time 6-month contract starting January 2026.
· Pursuing a Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
· A keen interest in financial services, asset management, or investment operations.
· Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially tools like Power Automate, Excel, and Teams.
· Excellent organisational skills with a superb eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Any prior internship or project experience in client service, operations, or automation is advantageous.
