What You’ll Do
- Work in teams on engagements covering strategy, operations, commercial due diligence, or integration/separation projects.
- Apply a data-driven, hypothesis-based approach to solve problems and communicate key findings.
- Support leadership in business development, including creating discussion documents, proposals, and thought leadership materials.
- Contribute actively to building EY-Parthenon and the broader Strategy and Transactions Practice.
Requirements
- Pursuing a university degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, STEM, or related fields.
- Demonstrated passion for strategy, consulting, or finance through internships, projects, self-study, or conferences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
