Key Responsibilities
· Administer Business Applications based on user requirements, providing excellent customer service and support.
· Analyse system errors and collaborate with end-users and business units to diagnose and resolve issues.
· Assist in diagnosing performance issues and work with internal/external vendors to implement solutions.
· Help plan and coordinate testing for system changes, upgrades, and new services.
· Prepare and update user training documentation for business applications and associated processes.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Experience with Microsoft VBA or VB Script programming.
· Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
· Any experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a strong advantage.
· A strong willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
