Key Responsibilities
· (Business Placement Dependent) Support core team activities, which may include financial reporting, client material preparation, data analysis, process documentation, or project coordination.
· Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and analyses for internal stakeholders, management, or regulatory purposes.
· Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to execute team initiatives and contribute to service improvements.
· Participate in and support key business projects, helping to drive implementation and process enhancements.
· Conduct research and analysis to support business decision-making and identify opportunities for efficiency.
· Help manage data, maintain records, and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
· Engage actively in all program learning and development sessions.
Requirements
· An expected graduation date between April and May 2026 from a Diploma program, OR a Diploma graduate with up to 2 years of work experience.
· A strong academic record from any discipline; all majors are welcome to apply.
· Demonstrated leadership in school or community organisations and any relevant internship experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task, work effectively in teams, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
· Available to commit to the full program period starting in August 2026.
