Overview
This internship places you at the heart of MINDEF’s digital transformation efforts, working alongside a team that builds and manages shared cloud services used across the organisation. You’ll support real product development cycles, from research to deployment, while learning how large-scale digital products are designed, tested, and improved.

Key Responsibilities
- Help build and refine shared cloud services that support multiple MINDEF user groups
- Conduct user interviews, research, and testing to validate new product concepts
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and documentation
- Track product timelines and assist in coordinating development activities
- Monitor product performance using metrics and user feedback
- Assist in identifying risks and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and governance policies
- Contribute to continuous improvements across product features and workflows
Requirements
- Studying Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar field
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of software development processes and digital technologies
- Familiarity with agile practices like Scrum or Kanban
- Comfortable using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello
- Interest in UX principles, data analysis, and cloud concepts
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or mobile development is a bonus
