Key Responsibilities
- Build predictive models that support underwriting, pricing, lapse prevention and claims decisions
- Analyse structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that drive business value
- Help design and implement ML/DL solutions from data preparation to deployment
- Test and prototype GenAI applications, including summarisation, retrieval, and workflow automation
- Develop dashboards, scripts, and tools that help business units use analytics effectively
- Support integration of models into existing systems through APIs and cloud tools
- Present your findings to non-technical teams and translate analytics into practical actions
- Collaborate with global analytics hubs to adopt the latest methods and frameworks
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Data Science, AI, Statistics, CS, Engineering, or related fields
- Solid Python skills; familiarity with APIs or basic web development is a plus
- Strong grounding in ML, DL, and interest in GenAI applications
- Comfortable working with messy datasets and exploring new analytical techniques
- Bonus: portfolio, Kaggle/GitHub projects, or experience with insurance datasets
