Overview
Join our team as a National Education (NE) Engagement Intern and contribute to shaping a structured, impactful programme for volunteers across Singapore. You will support the development and digitalisation of programme operations, build stakeholder partnerships, and help enhance the capabilities of NE Ambassadors through innovative digital tools and content. This internship offers exposure to programme management, volunteer engagement, and digital solutions in an educational context.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing digital content and interactive tools to enhance volunteer training and engagement
- Contribute to the production of publicity materials and programme collaterals across physical and digital channels
- Monitor and track multiple workstreams to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
- Identify operational challenges and propose timely, practical solutions to improve programme efficiency
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good interpersonal skills with a patient and professional demeanor
- Interest in National Education and volunteer engagement
- Comfortable with using digital platforms and tools for project management and communication
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to work
