Key Responsibilities
- Support hiring needs by helping gather job requirements and coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers
- Source and shortlist potential candidates to strengthen talent pipelines
- Assist in screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate journey
- Maintain organised candidate records and track hiring progress
- Help improve recruitment workflows and support small-scale operational projects
- Collaborate with teams across regions to gain insight into wider Trust & Safety priorities
- Promote open roles through job boards and other outreach channels
- Contribute ideas to enhance the overall candidate experience
Requirements
- Currently studying HR, Business, or a related field
- Comfortable communicating clearly in English
- Eager to learn and proactive in taking initiative
- Able to adapt to fast-paced work and shifting priorities
- Can commit to at least 3 months (full-time preferred; minimum 3 days/week)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and people-focused
