Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Operations / Commercial Programs Intern to support the execution and optimisation of commercial initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, seller engagement, and program operations in a fast-paced business environment.
You’ll work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts, track program performance, and support initiatives that drive seller adoption and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Clusters, Marketing, Seller Operations, Logistics, Seller Engagement) to support commercial program campaigns and rollouts.
- Support day-to-day Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations, including:
- Monthly refresh of seller incentive hitlists
- Benefits distribution and tracking
- Analysis and reporting of program performance
- Assist with competitor tracking and market analysis.
- Support seller communications by developing and executing program materials such as:
- Internal and external presentation decks
- Training guides
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- Assist in seller engagement initiatives, including webinars, to increase program awareness and adoption.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fast learner with a meticulous, hands-on approach and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting with stakeholders.
Internship Commitment
- Full-time internship preferred (3–6 months).
- Part-time candidates able to commit at least 3 working days per week are also welcome to apply.
