Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Verify trade transactions and ensure all data is accurate in internal systems
- Cross-check trade details with broker confirmations and internal records
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and managing contract documentation
- Process invoices and support financial settlements for trades
- Handle documentation related to Letters of Credit and other trade instruments
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and filing systems for team use
- Provide ad-hoc support to the trade support team, contributing to smooth operations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for organizing information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and data in spreadsheets
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn from real-world business processes
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
