Overview
This internship offers hands-on exposure to commercial programs and seller engagement initiatives within a fast-paced business environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support campaign rollouts, program operations, and seller communications. Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of commercial campaigns by coordinating tasks across multiple internal teams
- Help manage ongoing program operations, including incentive tracking and monthly updates
- Analyze program data to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Track competitor activities and summarize insights for internal teams
- Create clear communication materials such as slides, guides, and FAQs for sellers and stakeholders
- Assist in organizing seller engagement activities, including virtual events and webinars
- Maintain accurate records of program benefits distribution and outcomes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic data analysis in Excel
- Willing to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams
- Able to commit full-time for 3–6 months, or part-time with at least 3 working days per week
