This internship places you at the heart of Marriott’s people-development efforts, where you’ll support regional training operations, enhance learner engagement, and contribute to impactful L+D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training schedules, update program calendars, and manage participant enrollment
- Use learning platforms (e.g., NovoEd, mHUB) to track progress, generate reports, and manage cohorts
- Support both virtual and in-person workshops by preparing materials and understanding delivery processes
- Compile post-training evaluations and data to strengthen program effectiveness
- Work with regional teams to support L+D initiatives and inter-market training networks
- Assist with documentation, program tracking, and any operational tasks needed for smooth execution
- Contribute to improving learner experience within Marriott’s blended learning ecosystem
Requirements
- Undergraduate student in social sciences, business, marketing, or related areas
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with regional teams
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship
- Singaporean/PR or students eligible under approved work pass categories
