Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training sessions by scheduling, sending invites, tracking sign-ups, and preparing attendance lists
- Maintain learning records, update calendars, and help keep training data accurate and easy to access
- Prepare materials such as slide decks, handouts, guides, and follow-up notes for internal programmes
- Organise shared folders and ensure documents are labelled and stored properly
- Support surveys, feedback collection, and simple reporting to improve programme quality
- Assist with People team initiatives that enhance employee experience
- Suggest enhancements to training workflows based on feedback and observations
- Communicate clearly with trainers and participants to keep sessions running smoothly
Requirements
- Studying or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or similar
- Interested in learning and development or people operations
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, presentations, and basic digital tools
- Strong organisation skills with good attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can follow through and ask questions when needed
- Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and with a team
