Overview
DBS is offering a dynamic internship within its Investment Banking team, providing exposure to market analysis, capital markets, and deal execution. Interns will support investment banking activities across equity and debt transactions, gaining hands-on experience in research, documentation, and client engagement. This role allows students to understand the full lifecycle of investment banking deals while collaborating with experienced professionals.

- Assist with documentation and presentations for client-facing meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate deal progress.
- Maintain and update databases relevant to capital markets and client information.
- Monitor regulatory changes and emerging industry practices to inform strategies.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of capital markets, financial products, and investment banking concepts.
- Analytical mindset with ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
