Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and evaluating real estate investment and development opportunities in Southeast Asia
- Conduct feasibility studies to support investment decisions
- Gather market intelligence, research reports, and sector insights
- Prepare presentation materials, summaries, and supporting documents
- Coordinate meetings, schedule calls, and handle administrative tasks for the investment team
- Compile data and assist with internal reporting requirements
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to deal execution and investment analysis
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in investments, research, and real estate markets
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and learning quickly
