As an Investment Intern, you’ll support research, modelling, and deal evaluation across student housing, built-to-rent, co-living and other emerging living formats in key Asia-Pacific markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating urban living investment opportunities across Asia-Pacific
- Build and update financial models for pipeline deals and internal submissions
- Prepare presentation decks, analysis summaries, and supporting documents
- Conduct market research and track sector trends for student housing, BTR, co-living and multifamily assets
- Maintain internal databases and ensure accuracy of research inputs
- Support ongoing deal execution tasks as assigned by the investment team
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects that enhance team workflows or investment insights
Requirements
- Currently in Year 2 or 3 of a Business, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Real Estate or related degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Eager to learn and curious about real estate investing
