What You’ll Do
- Support investment due diligence through financial modelling, valuation work, business analysis, and industry research.
- Assist in assessing prospective deals by analysing transaction structures, ESG considerations, macro trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Contribute to ongoing portfolio monitoring, internal reporting, and preparation of investment committee materials.
- Help prepare fund marketing decks and responses to investor queries to support fundraising efforts.
- Work with cross-functional teams—Legal, Risk & Compliance, Treasury, and Finance—on tasks like KYC, risk assessments, and funding arrangements.
- Assist the team in tracking market developments and sourcing new investment opportunities.
What You’ll Need
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Strong grasp of corporate finance concepts such as valuation, credit analysis, and capital structure.
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, or structured finance is an advantage.
- Solid financial modelling skills (or willingness to grow them).
- Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under tight timelines.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
