About the Program
Sunova Capital Management is launching the Asset Management Insights Program (AMIP) for 2025, designed for individuals interested in Wealth Management, Investments, Personal Finance, and related fields. You may start your internship anytime between January and December 2025, offering flexibility for students and fresh graduates.

What You’ll Experience
During the AMIP, participants will gain exposure to different areas within investment and wealth management:
1. Learn Directly from a Fund Manager
Get hands-on insights into investment concepts, portfolio strategies, and how funds are managed from a professional fund manager’s perspective.
2. Work with Wealth Management Specialists
Understand the range of financial products used in constructing portfolios, and learn why certain instruments are chosen for different client profiles.
3. Network with an Investment Lawyer
Gain exposure to regulatory considerations, fund structures, private equity frameworks, and compliance topics relevant to investment firms.
Training & Career Development
Interns will receive structured training that covers:
- Wealth management sales and advisory processes
- Operations and administrative workflows within financial institutions
- Portfolio construction frameworks used by banks and asset managers
- Common financial instruments used by high-net-worth individuals
This program is especially suitable for those aspiring to become:
- Relationship Managers (RMs)
- Wealth Managers
- Private Banking Specialists
