Join B Capital's Investor Relations team for a dynamic internship where you will gain hands-on experience supporting the vital connection between a leading global venture capital firm and its investors. You will work closely with the Singapore-based team to help prepare essential fundraising materials, manage critical data, and assist in orchestrating key investor events. Key Responsibilities
· Support the creation and refinement of critical fundraising documents, including pitch books and investor due diligence materials.
· Collaborate with internal teams to collect and organize accurate financial and operational data for investor reporting.
· Maintain and ensure the integrity of the investor relationship management (CRM) database through meticulous data entry and quality checks.
· Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of investor meetings, webinars, and annual events.
· Contribute to operational projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Investor Relations team.
· Conduct desktop research on market trends, potential investors, or industry benchmarks to support team initiatives.
· Help manage various administrative and logistical workflows to ensure smooth team operations.
Requirements
· Currently an undergraduate student expecting to graduate in 2026/2027 from a Singapore university, or a recent graduate.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
· A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage your own tasks effectively.
· Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
· Prior internship experience in a professional office environment (e.g., finance, operations, or consulting) is a strong advantage.
· An interest in venture capital, startups, or finance is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
· Ability to commit to at least 4 working days per week for a 6-month to 1-year duration.
