Interns will contribute to real-world projects, including e-learning development, AI-enabled employee tools, and career development programs, gaining practical exposure to digital HR solutions in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Support pre- and post-training workflows and automation to enhance learning experiences.
- Partner with internal communications to create emails, videos, and broadcasts for learning events.
- Contribute to testing and implementing AI tools for employee development.
- Assist in rolling out Career Development programs aligned with business strategy.
- Support ad-hoc projects aimed at simplifying HR processes and improving user experience.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong interest in learning technologies, corporate training, and upskilling.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
