Overview
Join MODEC’s Talent Management team and support the development of learning, growth, and engagement programs for a global offshore engineering leader. As an HR/Talent Management Intern, you’ll help deliver employee learning initiatives, support internal campaigns, and gain exposure to how a multinational organisation builds capability across its workforce.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating L&D programmes, from scheduling to participant engagement
- Maintain the Learning Management System, including course setup, enrolment, attendance, and content updates
- Keep internal training catalogues current and well-organised
- Design and produce publicity materials for learning initiatives across internal channels
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support training and campaign execution
- Plan and run simple employee communication campaigns (email, internal posts, microsites) and track engagement results
- Support the creation of learner communication materials with clear, compelling messaging
- Provide general assistance to the Talent Management team on ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Currently a student with an interest in HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management
- Curious, open to feedback, and motivated to learn and improve
- Basic understanding of design or user experience principles is a plus
- Comfortable planning small-scale campaigns or marketing-style communications
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
- Available for at least 3 months starting January 2026
