Overview
This internship places you within TikTok’s Monetization Integrity team, a global function that safeguards the quality, safety, and credibility of monetized content. You’ll support short-term strategic projects, help identify emerging risks, and contribute to policies that keep TikTok’s commercial ecosystem trusted and effective.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and upkeep of programs, tools, and guidelines that strengthen commercial risk management.
- Monitor and analyse potential risks across monetized products, summarizing key findings for stakeholders.
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies that enhance safety and compliance at scale.
- Conduct case investigations and provide timely updates to internal partners across functions and regions.
- Work closely with the Monetization Integrity team to understand evolving commercial risks and platform policies.
- Track industry developments and emerging threats in digital advertising to inform internal strategy.
- Assist with documentation, research, and coordination for ongoing initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in public policy, international affairs, business, or related fields.
- Interest or experience in risk, payments, ecommerce, product governance, or online advertising.
- Comfortable analysing information and turning insights into recommendations.
- Strong communication, organisation, and project coordination skills.
- Able to commit for at least four months.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python is a bonus.
