Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of customer innovation workshops and guided tours.
- Assist in customizing workshop agendas and preparing creative modules to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with experts to create engaging demo showcases and maintain content for the Innovation Center.
- Help track workshop outcomes, action items, and follow-ups with account managers.
- Research industry trends and best practices to enhance workshop content and demos.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer engagements.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve the Innovation Center’s offerings and experiences.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in customer engagement, innovation, and logistics solutions.
- Confident communicator with good presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Business Chinese is a plus.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
