In this Singapore-based internship, you will support client engagement and sales operations for our cutting-edge digital asset investment solutions. Key Responsibilities
· Support the sales team by preparing client materials and coordinating meeting logistics for both virtual and in-person engagements.
· Assist in managing and responding to client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
· Help document client interactions and update key information within the team’s CRM system.
· Contribute to the analysis of service trends to help identify opportunities for improving client workflows.
· Aid in the creation and maintenance of internal reference materials and process documentation.
· Collaborate with various internal teams to help resolve client service queries efficiently.
· Support small-scale projects aimed at enhancing the client onboarding and service experience.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
· A strong, demonstrated interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and financial markets.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
· A proactive, client-focused attitude with strong attention to detail and organization.
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.
· Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable engaging in a professional client-facing environment.
