Overview

Join Johnson Controls’ Digital Sales team as a Sales Coordination Intern and gain hands-on exposure to how digital solutions are sold and supported in a global organisation. In this role, you’ll assist sales leaders with daily operations, customer research, and proposal preparation while learning how digitalisation supports smart and sustainable buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales activities by preparing and updating proposals and case presentations
Coordinate with sales leaders and engineers to research potential customers and solutions
Maintain accurate sales records and updates in Salesforce and internal systems
Act as a coordination point for sales and administrative queries when needed
Assist in organising internal digital engagement programs and outreach initiatives
Help plan and run monthly digital community or knowledge-sharing sessions
Communicate with customers and partners to support smooth sales interactions

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Able to commit to a full-time internship, preferably for 6 months
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Willing to learn, proactive, and open to taking initiative
Enjoys working with people and solving problems collaboratively
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
