Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of global app and gaming advertising needs and how advertisers use TikTok’s tools
- Support strategy development for new and improved App Ads features

- Analyze performance metrics to guide product decisions and refine user experiences
- Research industry trends in mobile ads, AI-driven optimization, and gaming to inspire innovation
- Participate in product experiments and help evaluate results to drive continuous improvement

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or similar fields
- Comfortable working with data and solving structured problems
- Curious about advertising systems and eager to learn quickly
- Strong English communication skills
- Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) to work with China-based teams and clients
- Bonus: Experience with analytics, product work, growth, or advertising projects
