Overview

This internship is ideal for students who want hands-on experience at the intersection of data analytics and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain ETL workflows that combine data from various youth engagement platforms
Develop dashboards that highlight participation trends and support strategic programme planning
Analyse datasets to surface insights that guide improvements in recruitment and re-engagement efforts
Support automation projects to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency
Create digital solutions for smoother user onboarding and better content distribution across channels
Explore and test RPA tools to streamline repetitive processes across YCS operations
Document workflows, findings, and recommendations for internal teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data and automation solutions are accurate and effective

Requirements

Studying Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics or related fields
Interest in building data solutions and working with dashboards
Basic experience—or willingness to learn—SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Comfortable working with APIs and datasets
Curious about workflow automation and tools like UiPath or Power Automate
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Enjoys solving problems and improving processes
