Overview
Logicalis is seeking a Business Applications & Automation Intern to support digital transformation projects across data, automation, and enterprise systems. You’ll work alongside technical teams to build dashboards, automate workflows, and assist in maintaining key business platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft ERP.

Key Responsibilities
- Support data analysis and create visual dashboards using Power BI
- Assist in building low-code tools and applications using Power Apps
- Develop and maintain simple RPA workflows to automate routine business processes
- Work with teams to gather requirements and help document processes, configurations, and user guides
- Contribute to testing and deployment of new features or system enhancements
- Assist with configuring, customising, and maintaining Salesforce and Microsoft ERP modules
- Apply basic principles of data integrity, security, and system administration
- Stay updated on automation and AI trends that can improve internal business tools
Requirements
- Currently studying computer science, software engineering, IT, or a related discipline
- Familiar with basic scripting or automation concepts (Python/JavaScript is a bonus)
- Curious about Power BI, Power Apps, RPA, Salesforce, and ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Able to communicate clearly in English
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage tasks in a dynamic setting
