Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy
Assist with artwork evaluation, revisions, and follow-ups to meet project deadlines
Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders and provide project updates
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visuals and artwork are production-ready
Support production management, coordinating with Creative Services & Production Director
Assist in media coordination, ensuring materials are submitted to media owners and printers on time

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Proficient in handling content in both English and Mandarin
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
Strong time management and project coordination skills
