Overview
HDB is offering an internship within the Rental Housing Department (RHD) where you’ll gain hands-on experience improving public housing services. As an intern, you will support the RHD Triage Team across Assignment, E-Applications, and Call functions, helping to enhance the customer experience for HDB residents. - Observe on-ground operations and assess workflow efficiency.
- Monitor service performance indicators, such as response times and appointment slot availability.
- Identify trends and risks to ensure service touchpoints meet performance standards.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills for interviews and team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvements.
- Comfortable working with data and generating actionable insights.
