Overview
Join DBS as a Product & Sales Support Trainee and gain hands-on experience in the development and management of banking products. Key Responsibilities
- Assist as a product owner on assigned projects, supporting all stages of platform development.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to guide project goals.
- Collaborate with BAs and tech teams to refine user stories and define clear acceptance criteria.
- Serve as a liaison between users and technical teams, clarifying requirements and resolving queries.
- Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and escalate risks or delays as needed.
- Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing, ensuring features meet business expectations.
- Document user feedback, test results, and any issues for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Banking & Finance, Business Analytics, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of equity products (stocks, ETFs, trading concepts).
- Familiarity with digital platforms and software development processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and functions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
