Overview
Kickstart your career in banking and leadership with UOB’s Graduate Trainee programme. Over six months, you’ll work with the Leadership Development team to design and deliver impactful learning experiences, support flagship leadership initiatives, and engage with senior stakeholders to shape future leaders in a dynamic financial environment.

- Support the regional rollout of programmes, adapting content for diverse cultural contexts.
- Coordinate events for senior leadership, ensuring smooth execution and meaningful engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design impactful masterclasses.
- Track project progress and contribute to continuous improvement of leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate from 2024 or 2025.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
- Passionate about learning, personal growth, and leadership development.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Creative thinker able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
