Overview

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Materials Science, Nanomaterials, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of silicon oxides, metal oxides, and solid-state transistor physics.
- Familiarity with SEM, TEM, XRD, and photoluminescence characterization methods.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage experimental projects.
