Overview
Aspire is looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join its high-growth fintech team. Over the course of your internship, you’ll support customer activation, strengthen sales operations, and help drive adoption of Aspire’s all-in-one finance platform. You’ll work closely with a fast-moving regional team and gain exposure to how modern fintech sales pipelines operate.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage new accounts through calls, emails, and follow-ups to support smooth onboarding.
- Update CRM records and ensure customer data is organised and accurate.
- Assist in preparing weekly sales summaries, activity reports, and performance dashboards.
- Support the planning and execution of product or sales campaigns.
- Help coordinate virtual/physical events aimed at boosting client engagement.
- Join team discussions to propose ideas that strengthen sales efficiency and outreach.
- Research customer pain points to help the team refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Able to communicate confidently in Mandarin and English.
- Strong communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools or concepts.
- Bonus: Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, or CRM software.
