Overview
Aon’s 12-week Internship Programme gives students an inside look at how a global professional services firm uses data, technology, and insights to help clients make stronger decisions. As an Innovation & Analytics Intern, you’ll join one of several high-impact teams—Affinity Analytics, Climate Hub Analytics, or Growth Analytics—and contribute to real projects that support Aon’s regional and global business.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and combine large datasets to support analytics projects
- Create dashboards, visualisations, or models that reveal meaningful trends
- Conduct exploratory analysis or climate-related research to develop client insights
- Support the transformation of geospatial or climate datasets as needed
- Contribute to software development tasks such as building internal web features
- Perform unit testing, follow coding standards, and take part in Agile rituals
- Document processes and continuously improve onboarding or tech workflows
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with engineers, analysts, and business partners
Requirements
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn how data drives business decisions
- Comfortable working with numbers, large datasets, or technical tools
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, SQL, or basic programming concepts is a plus
- Good communicator who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
- Open to students from any discipline; penultimate-year students preferred
